For over 40 years, Kitchen Gallery has been designing and delivering living spaces that sit comfortably within the highest tier of luxury interior design.
Among the projects we are most proud of is the private home kitchen of two Michelin-star chef Aktar Islam. Known for his uncompromising standards and refined culinary philosophy, Aktar approached the design of his home with the same care and precision that defines his restaurants.

The brief was to create a space that balanced two worlds. It needed to function as a place where Aktar could comfortably host friends and family, while also providing the performance, efficiency and workflow expected by a professional chef.
Every design decision was therefore guided by precision and purpose.
Drawing inspiration from SieMatic’s SLX collection, Senior Designer Kalun Law specified a darker, atmospheric palette with a strong emphasis on the clean, handleless architecture the space required.

The layout was carefully considered to ensure seamless interaction with the Gaggenau appliances, maintaining a natural cooking workflow while preserving the calm, minimal aesthetic that defines the kitchen.
The result is a space that reflects Aktar’s own philosophy: refined, disciplined and quietly confident.
